Shipping rates can be calculated in the cart individually
We offer tracked shipping only.

Processing of your order is displayed as you select size of your item (If you choose multiple items time of the longest processed item will be effective), after packing we send you all tracking information via email. Package then takes 5-7 business days to arrive in europe and 6-15 business days in USA. When using priority shipping and 2-3 (Europe) 4-7 business days when using express method.
If the package doesn’t arrive by then we recommend chcecking with your national post office as it commonly happens that it is being held there. When your package is stuck in tracking system provided by us try using package number in your national post office tracking system. All packages are registered

Wrong delivery address

If you enter a wrong or incomplete delivery address, you must contact us immediately. We will not be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. If the order is returned to us, then we will offer to refund your order (Minus postage) Or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with the correct address.

Unclaimed items

Orders returned to us marked as ‘unclaimed’ by the postal service will either be refunded by request or shipped again with an additional fee.

All parcels are shipping with national mail, once they leave the origin country and enter your country they will be handled by the destination countries couriers.

We ship as usual. Please note that delivery times to your country may vary due to the virus.
